Config not saved

The actual issue can be splitted in two:

For AR Tracking I was trying to get the email-value from the Gated Download into the Scheduled Export (a report of submissions that is regularly sent). While i was trying this, i saw that the configuration in webform did not save correctly (it said "saved" but no changes were made). (Additonally, i'm not sure if that helps with getting the email in the report...)

The changes from Waed were saved but the database log entry still occurs.
